This is very similar to my story

Like Ellen Pao, I too made myself a seat at the table — confident in my self-worth and value to the business. In return I got dinners with Executive Fellows, lewd comments, and propositions I cannot mention here. We settled out of court but the damage was done. I was broken, blaming myself for strategic errors and trying to “fit in” with the High Tech Boys Club in the Silicon Valley. I commend Ellen for her courage to take it to court. I folded after a series of anxiety attacks and literally a physical collapse in my attorney’s office. On the flip side, I am a stronger person today, I am a bold and courageous leader who doesn’t put up with any crap in the workplace, I treat my teams with the upmost respect, and most importantly I know the red flags to look for and I can properly assert myself when approached.
