Your immunity map was ok, however I feel that you need to be focused on a behaviour, rather than a general way of life. Whilst good healthy living is vitally important and is the key to everything else in life, I feel this exercise is all about understanding and recognising weaknesses in your behaviours and personality traits.
If you get a spare 20 mins it’s worth doing the Immunity to Change Map again, as it was a major eye opener for me.
