A centrism platform would have easily won the last election for democrats. We just had the wrong candidates running in the primary. Hillary: too much BAD baggage and an assumed early coronation by the DNC, Sanders: too far left. If we had a center-left candidate with little to no baggage, Trump would have never had a chance. Our mistake began in the primaries. Forget “who’s turn” it is to run, find the best candidate for the current political conditions.
