The Oreo brand a contender who knows their audience very well. As “milk’s favorite cookie”, the social media accounts for Oreo cookies match the brand’s theme of being a treat that unites friends, families and is the favorite choice of cookie to create new sweet eats with. I focused on their Instagram account, and all the posts include a great variety of engaging and creative content that is shaped around just about any sort of combination or activity that can occur when eating an Oreo. A childhood favorite snack for millions has become a family tradition, one that the Oreo Instagram isn’t afraid to stress those values and publish content that aligns which the unique brand voice they’ve crafted for their audiences.

Forever 21 is one of my favorite stores to find fashionable clothing at amazing deals and it’s clear that other young women and men are faithful fans as well. Like many other social media profiles for other fashion brands, Forever 21 makes it a priority to post consistently and update their feed with eye-catching content and photos that attract their followers to click over and purchase the hottest new items. Their accounts do well in posting Instagram Stories as a variety of different categories. Aside from fans who are already loyal to the 21 brand, their use of Instagram features, like stories and IG TV create a preview to spectators to take a closer look at what they’re about and determine whether or not to purchase the brand.
