Mobilizing and effecting cultural change is extremely difficult to do. You’re sort of at the cusp, like a pioneer (even though it seems like it’s taking forever already), which means you’re bearing a large share of the headwinds that bloweth that way. To paraphrase a famous movie line: Intransigence is as intransigence does.
