It is no doubt in my mind that Dylan Roof knew exactly what he was doing the day he shot and killed nine members of the Mother Emanuel AME Church. He had motive and means to commit a crime of murder.
The attorneys for Roof says he is guilty but with some mental illness that contributed to what he did. Let’s be honest, mental illness doesn’t have anything to do with it.
This is clearly a hate crime written all over it. And there’s no doubt he hated African-Americans with a passion killing them. I am surprised he decided not to kill one in order so she can “tell the story”.

Just look at it this way, if Roof was an African-American and he killed an all white church congregation, he would be instantly punished not even seeing the light of day. But, why did justice dragged her feet in order to decided if he was guilty or not guilty? Something is just not right or is it the memory of these nine are NOT important enough?
Dylan Roof is just NOT another face, but a face of evil; a new face with the same issue of race that is being seen in a way that is under handed and yet slick. A way of truly “hidden racism” seen and unseen. It was a coward way out and a way that was dead wrong to say the least.
As for the sole survivor of this killing, this will for a long time be in her memory for a long time as she saw one by one members of her church die by the hands of this killer then, walking out the door with that gun in his hand and their blood all over him.the
Now that Dylan Roof was found guilty, we can rest now that at least this killer is off the streets but, what about next time? The next church that may fall victim like these nine at Mother Emanuel AME Church, how safe are we really are in our House of Worship? Will this change the rules of safety in our churches?
Let’s just pray that there will NOT be another Dylan Roof out there or some racist gun happy person come in and repeat what has happened…..
