Top 5 priorities for a startup CEO (in order)
Michael Katz

Love the simplicity and universally applicable nature of your list. I completely agree with all of the points made, but think #4 should be more about amplifying “their” story — meaning of course the customers. One of the pitfalls I see so many CEOs of start-ups fall into is that obsession with their own vision — their child. When in reality the customer’s story and/or the employees’ story is usually what determines success. Telling the investors “their” story is far more effective than trying to tell them your own — for the hundredth time.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
