We live in a society where some schmuck is paid to lecture others about the sins which attach to them because of their skin color. Can’t be changed, can’t be washed off. You’re white. You’re bad. Pay up and I’ll tell you more.

The money this schmuck is paid is surely not paid to him voluntarily by his victims/audience. The money has been coerced, forcibly extracted from private citizens engaged in providing goods and services to other citizens in fair exchange for their money. The government then forces those citizens to hand over cash, that it then uses to pay this schmuck to lecture unwilling participants about race.

Nice work, if you can get it.
