Why companies who don’t embrace remote working are wrong

I work Tilt, an SF based, VC backed company that truly embraces remote work. We’ve got offices in SF, Toronto, Austin, London, and Australia and many of us still choose to work from home on days when we need to be extra productive or go deep on a topic.

100% agree that it’s hard to know if companies that don’t embrace it will face bad consequences in the future, but it’s safe to say that the ones that do embrace it will reap the benefits!
