Totally agree! Physical experiences will continue to be important for discovering and trying the products before you buy. For brands that are used to dealing direct with their customers, the wholesale relationship feels unnatural, but building your own store is a huge investment. Existing retailers will be reluctant to change their business model, which opens up big opportunities. I find it exciting to see retail experiences like B8ta being designed from the ground up with the current landscape in mind.
