To date, KeplerSwap has launched 2 (two) Rounds of Employee Recruitment.

Thanks to the support of Crypto enthusiasts, we have over 170 global employees in 50 countries. We have a much more standardized employee management.

Our Remarkable Progresses in September:

1. We completed the Certik Audit on the smart contract.

2. Contract with 3–4 Block chain VC.

3. Global public sale and official launch will be completed by end of October.

KeplerSwap Foundation has decided to Open the Third Round of Global Employee Recruitment to effectively prepare for the public sale and official launch. We are looking forward to developing a lager global ecosystem, and further realize the DAO conception as well.

If you are eager to work with the project development; support us to progress globally online and work with us to build DeFi2.0, a new financial Ecosystem.

You will be eligible to apply to the Foundation to become a staff member, and consequently become a member of the Foundation, to receive a substantial benefit.

SEO Manager

Job Description:

1-Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance search engine traffic and search engine rankings

2-Work with other teams to execute SEO strategies and SEO implementations

3-Oversee SEO performances, understand the metrics and regularly recommend optimisations strategically to improve better audience targeting, remarketing, conversion funnel building, and lead nurturing

4-Analyze backlinks of users and competitors to identify outdated links, brand positioning, or opportunities for competitive improvement

5-Conduct market research on competitors, analyze current trends and development within industry

6-Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging systems to maximize ROI

Job Requirements

1-Diploma in Marketing or related field

2-Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screamingfrog, MOZ, Google Search Console

3-Strong sense of ownership and ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage your own projects

4-Team player with strong communication skills

Global Community Council Manager:

Requirements:

1-Experienced in social media operating;

2-Talented in market exploration;

3-Be able to complete assignments correctly and timely.

Responsibilities: Manage global ambassadors in your assigned region; Explore more ambassadors from your assigned country and the local market; Deliver official information and updates into your group timely; Report work results weekly.

Rewards: Based on the Scoring System, each manager will receive 800 SDS per month depending on his performance.

The payment will be sent on every 1st and 15th. Depending on the score, salary will fluctuate.

Additional bonus will be given to managers with outstanding management The amount of bonus depends on the actual situation.

Notes: We want managers mainly from the following countries: Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, UK, France!

Video Group:

Requirements:

1-Video making ability;

2-Several self-media accounts for posting videos

Responsibilities:

1-Upload at least 1video to assigned media account per week;

2-No less than 30 seconds and no longer than 2 min;

3-No repetition of submission.

Reward: Based on the Scoring System, each employee will receive 400 SDS per month depending on his/her performance.

The payment will be sent on 1st and 15th of the month. Depending on the score, salary will be different.

Additional bonus will be given to extraordinary videos. The amount of bonus depends on the actual situation.

Content Group:

Requirements:

1-Article writing ability;

2-Several self-media accounts for posting articles.

Responsibilities:

1-Upload at least 2 articles to assigned media account per week;

2-No less than 300 words; No repeating submission.

Reward: Based on the Scoring System, each employee will receive 400 SDS per month depending on his/her performance.

The payment will be sent before 8th and 22nd of the month. Depending on the score, salary will fluctuate.

Additional bonus will be given to extraordinary articles. The amount of bonus depends on the actual situation.

Business Group:

Requirements:

1-Have a passion for the crypto industry;

2-Have knowledge of blockchain;

3-Good at social and business contacts;

4-Industry resources

Responsibilities:

-Connect to a wide range of collaborative resources around the world that can contribute to the project, including but not limited to institutions, technologies, operations, markets, etc.

Rewards: Once the partnership is agreed upon, a generous SDS award will be granted; the amount of reward will be determined by the docking employee in consultation with the KeplerSwap-22 Foundation.
