Thousand Islands is an archipelago which has a marine nature conservation area in Indonesia, located in the northern part of the Bay of Jakarta. Pulau Seribu region is a shallow marine waters with coral islands and reef flats and coral reefs.

Kepulauan Seribu Natural Resources has a distinctive, namely the natural beauty of the sea with its unique ecosystems such as coral reefs, fish, echinoderms, crustaceans, mollusk, sea turtles, sea plants and land, mangroves, seagrass beds, and others.

Thousand Islands area is a habitat for hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) are protected, and its presence is more scarce.
