So, from someone genuinely curious, a few questions:
1. What does kelp actually taste like? Is it like dulce, only slimier? How do you expect the average consumer, like me, to adapt to it.
2. How far north (and south) will such mariculture extend? Will they work on both coasts?
3. I see your focus currently is on locality. I’m 500 miles away from the coast, how will I be able to partake in this?
4. Are you concerned at all that kelp will be converted into feed for less sustainable aquaculture. such as salmon farms? Or would this be an incremental improvement to that industry?
