I am an Uber survivor.

Not Amy,

I appreciate the courage it took to write this and am warmed, as I hope you are, by the encouraging comments. I’ve been in Silicon Valley for twenty years and still love it here ~ don’t let a truly crappy Uber experience dim your spirit. It’s disheartening, and not only at Uber, to see cultures like this “win” but know they’re not all this way. If you want to go on a hike, I’m here (with dogs too) and am happy to be a friend to talk to. freada will be an amazing ally for you. You are strong and will land somewhere that leverages your mind without crushing your soul. DM me on twitter if a hike or even walk at Crissy would help.
