Even though I had interest from an agent, I decided to take the solo road. Here’s why.

When I started writing my first now published novel, Majestic and Lynn, I was a senior in high school. It took me about three years to complete the manuscript. I did not immediately begin to send it out to publishers. I wrote other things, mostly short stories, for about two years.
