When you combine whole foods and keto together, you have a killer weight loss duo! Whole foods help you lose weight by eliminating calories and added sugars found in packaged and processed foods. You should be eating as many whole foods as possible if you want to increase your health and decrease your waistline.

Here’s a list of the best keto snacks that are made up of whole foods!

Deviled eggs stuffed with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and jalapeño pepper make a delicious keto appetiser. I make deviled eggs almost every week and that’s why I always keep boiled eggs in the fridge.

2. Bacon Chips and Thick Guacomole Dip

The most important component to a successful bacon chip is using thick cut bacon, from quality-sourced pork, to ensure that it can hold up to dipping without crumbling. You’ll be dipping these into a chunky batch of fresh guacamole that gets a spicy kick from jalapeño, a hint of smoke from cumin, and fresh cilantro to brighten it up.

Today I was craving pizza and the cravings were relentless. I needed some salty cheese and sweet marinara like no other. And although the cauliflower crust pizza is delicious, it also takes some time and I was feeling lazy. Looking in the fridge, I saw a pack of large salami and thought, hey that would make a great crust. Then I saw my pasta sauce, which I discovered at BJ’s and only has TWO net carbs per serving. Then I saw the mozzarella cheese. I could make keto pizza bites. Winner!

Crunchy, salty, spicy, snacktasticness. These keto nuts will keep you and your guests coming back for more, and more, and more.

If you’re missing the crunch of chips, this is the perfect keto solution without all the carbs. I love these Garlic Dill Baked Cucumber chips because they’re crunchy, salty, and vinegary, with the perfect amount of seasoning. Dip them in ranch or enjoy them on their own — it’s a low carb snack that you can enjoy any time!

Chia seeds have become quite the hype in the health food world. While I don’t think they’ll give you ancient superpowers, I do think they make a great addition to a well-rounded keto-paleo diet.
Mayan and Aztec cultures were cultivating chia seeds long before health gurus began touting their health benefits. Chia seeds were so valuable at one point, they were used as currency!
Granted I may not be able to trade my chia seeds for a million dollars, I do value them for their nutritional qualities. Here are just some reasons why I love to include chia seeds on keto-paleo.

15. Soy Sauce Marinated Deviled Eggs

Do you think that hard boiled eggs are boring? Well, think again! These eggs are marinated just like the eggs you find at a ramen restaurant, then whipped with cream cheese and chives. They’re salty with a touch of sweet, and make the perfect appetizer or snack.
