But that night I decided to change my life. I took admission to the gym near to home and started doing workouts for hours I lost some lbs but then it stopped and No change coming in the body. I researched about that reading articles watching videos on youtube of internet fitness gurus nothing worked for me. suddenly I read an article about a custom keto diet plan, This article changed my life.
