Ingredients:
3/8 cup heavy whipping cream ⠀
3 tbs white wine ⠀
2 tbs butter ⠀
1/2 shallot⠀
3 cloves garlic ⠀
1/2 tsp Fresh cracked pepper ⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
Directions
- In a saucepan simmer minced shallot and garlic a couple mins. *add heavy whipping cream, white wine, salt and pepper. *simmer 6–8 minutes or until sauce has thickened⠀
