📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠
2 1/4 pound patties, medium (80/20) ground beef⁠
4–6 bacon slices⁠
seasonings for beef — Italian, S&P etc⁠
cheese — parmesan & mozzarella⁠
pasta sauce⁠
Keto shirataki noodles⁠

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
1. Season meat and form into bowl shape, making two halves. Pinch up the sides of the bowls to make a large cavity.⁠
2. Prepare your shiritaki noodles according to instructions.⁠
3. Mix together the cheese, sauce and noodles and fill your meat ‘bowls.⁠
4. Squeeze them together gently and cover any holes by pinching or adding small amount of meat.⁠
5. Wrap in bacon, overlap and tuck ends under burger ball.⁠
6. Cook at 375 for 45–50 minutes. Broil bacon slightly to crisp up.⁠
Note: This makes ONE big ball, but you can separate into smaller servings if you’d prefer!⁠
