I agree with some earlier comments regarding the quality of this article. In one word … excellent! Being diagnosed with GID myself some (twenty) years ago, I have read, researched, discussed, presented, educated trying to understand the gender issue. Even thou I do not agree entirely with the theory (I see some confirmation biases — but they might be correct) I agree that it covered the topic with great perspectives in what Humans are. In some texts, hiding the word “gender” leads to a very generic and applicable understanding of “dysphoria (brain discomfort)” and social stereotypes (conforming and non-conforming). I my humble opinion, a better (we could discuss on what that means …) Human race will follow its “natural” (another discussion …) if the social stereotypes are reviewed (my credentials: born in 1953, PhD from Stanford, two MSc, and BS in Electronics, lived in more than six countries).
