You and others may wish to review the verdicts of the less famous criminals tried at the Nuremburg Trials (e.g., guards at concentration/ extermination camps) and other war crimes courts. My intention is not to criticize. More to agree with the OP and you on the need for deeper thought on the part of the “doers,” and better leadership on the part of team “leaders.”
