I did have a question on the outreach, as there appears to be something missing — if everyone solves others’ problems, and solutions already exist, doesn’t everything become a marketing problem? If we’re assuming the problem-solving features are the bare standard minimum of having a paid product.
For example, Hotjar.com and Smartlook.com are really great user-screen-recording solutions, and they even have free tiers. Aside from having competition, doesn’t the solution already exist in the world?
