A Small Story

I used to manage a team of 15 using WhatsApp and Excel.

At first, it worked fine. But over time, things got messy.

Shifts were missed. Sometimes people showed up at the wrong time. And I spent a lot of hours just trying to fix mistakes.

The Problem

  • Messages get lost in group chats.
  • Excel sheets can get messy, especially when multiple people are editing.
  • Managers end up spending too much time just keeping things organized.

Why It Matters

Even small mistakes can add up. Teams get frustrated. Work slows down.

In 24/7 operations like logistics, hospitals, or airports, small scheduling issues can quickly cause bigger problems.

A Better Way

I wanted a simpler solution. Something that makes scheduling easier, without extra stress.

That’s why I built WeDeploi — a small tool to help manage shifts more smoothly.

  • Drag-and-drop scheduling
  • Real-time updates
  • Works on mobile

It’s not perfect, but it helps reduce the small headaches that pile up every day.

Proof

One team we tried it with went from spending 2 hours on scheduling → about 2 minutes.

It’s small wins like this that make the day easier.

Try It Out

If managing shifts with chats and spreadsheets feels frustrating, you might want to give WeDeploi a try.

No setup needed. Just a simple way to plan shifts and keep things organized.
