Like a few others, I’m curious about the “4 hour walk”. I have searched the book and found nothing about it.

However, I’ve heard about 90 minute walks, so the body releases the lipoprotein lipase, which will breakdown fat in your body and bloodstream. (Watch BBC Horizon’s “The Truth About Exercise”.)
