Kevin Corish, a passionate and skilled property developer based in St. Helens in Merseyside, English, knows how important it is to love your home, which is why he has dedicated his career to building gorgeous, sturdy houses for those in his community. Having started as a developer in 2002, he has a long history of success in the field and has built numerous properties that have left buyers more than satisfied.

Originally from Liverpool, Corish fully understands the charm and delight of the area, which is why he focused a lot of his development efforts on this area. A beautiful town with wonderful tourism opportunities, Liverpool has the highest number of museums and galleries in the United Kingdom outside of London as well as lovely residential areas where community members can relax and enjoy the quiet. He has completed numerous projects with his team there that he is particularly excited about, as follows:

  • Beautiful, deep red-bricked homes in Newick Park, Kirkby were Corish’s second development. They were a complete success, funded by Bank of Scotland. The project consisted of two phases, the first consisting of sixteen houses and the second of fourteen apartments and eleven houses. All properties have been sold, starting at nearly 70,000 pounds.
  • Corish’s third development, consisting of eighteen houses in numerous locations, including 81, 83, 85, and 87 Marled Hey in Liverpool, consisted of eighteen houses total. The project was funded by Barclays Bank and sold out shortly after, as the homes are well located with modern fixtures and designs.
  • The fourth development that Corish completed was funded by The Derbyshire Bank. This beautiful, modern development on Morecroft Road in Rock Ferry, Birkenhead, was a complete success through the first phase, which consisted of forty houses. Unfortunately, during the second phase the 2008 recession hit, which brought all work on the development to a halt.
  • Corish’s fifth development took place at Crow Lane West, Lewton-Le-Willows, WA12, which consisted of two-bedroom flats. There were 18 properties in all, funded by Lloyds Bank, and the project was a complete success and sold out quickly.

Corish is passionate about connecting buyers to the homes of their dreams, and he so looks forward to future projects. He knows that it’s difficult for buyers to find a home that fits them perfectly, which is why he loves hearing feedback and advice about how to help create people’s dream houses. Having built so many homes, he has seen so many happy families walk through their front door for this first time, which is a very magical feeling when no one has lived in the home before the buyer. It is entirely their home.

Apart from work, Corish understands the importance of staying physically fit. With a passion for physical fitness, he regularly participates in numerous types of exercise, including attending a local gym, weight training, circuit training, and boxing. As a skilled boxer, he has trained for twenty years and participated in two unlicensed boxing matches at the age of thirty-nine, beating both of his opponents. He then went on to complete his professional boxing license at the age of forty, and he had his first fight as a professional in Liverpool with an opponent who had participated in forty-five fights up until that point. The fight was a draw, and Corish was thrilled that he had performed so well in his first professional match.
