Andelans Beatuiful and Smart Minds

Being associated with Andelans gave me an eye opener on how amazing talent and brilliance is widely distributed among ourselves. As far the intense coding and journey of molding future developers is concerned; Andela is also place to grow socially and improve oneself. The energy in team building as early as 9:00am where Andelans meet for warm up with interactive and lively activites makes me fall in love with the whole idea of being part of the team. Even though time at Andela is limited, I can’t wait to utilize every single time to associate with this amazing fellow with such brilliance.

Coming back to the lab tests. I can’t believe how each day I’m learning a new skill and even how it’s easy to understand programming logic. The labs are quite challenging and each day I solve a problem, it gives me courage to push on hard to this lovely journey. No giving up at all. I got to fight on.

And something you should know; when Andela says breakfast and lunch; they mean it. Honestly I’ve been at different organizations and I got to say on a scale of 1-to-15; Andela got a 20. It’s humbling and kudos to the management for that amazing idea. Dining and bonding with other fellows makes you see technology in such a different way.

I can’t wait to be part of the team and explore this journey together. I’m humbled being part of the team.
