My 2016 New Year’s Resolutions

In the year 2000 I made a list of 10 or so new year’s resolutions. One stuck. When the clock turns 2016 it will be 16 years since I’ve had a soda. No Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper (my favorite), Sprite, etc.

Not all resolutions stick, my success rate is around 5%, but I continue to make a list yearly to set new goals and reflect on previous lists.

Here is my 2016 list —

#1. Finish the Wim Hof Method 10-week course (on week 3) - More on him here

#2. Pilates twice a week (currently on month 3 without missing a week)

#3. Meditate at least 5 days a week (try headspace)

#4. Start a new podcast! :)

#5. Cut my alcohol consumption by 50%-60%

#6. Read a book a month

#7. Experiment with new social news ideas on the weekends (w/ a small group of testers)

#8. Eat 4–6 cups of vegtables per day

#9. Go fishing quarterly

#10. Use the app “Way of Life” to track all of my goals/resolutions
