Emotions are Inner Guides

Today, I’d like to share three simple steps to transform the emotions of anger, sadness, and fear by realizing their positive purpose. This is important, because we’ve been taught to be wary of these emotions and to avoid them. When these emotions are expressed reactively, we’ve seen the damage they can do. We’re afraid to go down that rabbit hole. We’re afraid they’ll take us over, take us down — and we might not ever get out again.
