He is? I honestly do not believe Rafi has ever read the Constitution. Unless, of course, you mean the Canadian Constitution. How could he, when he, and frankly every other member of the Republican party, is doing everthing in his power to make the Bill of Rights null and void (Except of course the Second Amendment, which by the way is the “second” amendment)? How could he have read the Constitution when Justice Scalia has been dead for more than two months and he refuses, with the rest of the idiocracy, to even discuss a replacement, as dictated in the Constitution (that would again, not be the Canadian Constitution). And if he were truly a “Constitutional conservitive” then it begs the question — How can a Canadian run for President?
