You are an Olympian!

Yes, I know. You are saying, No, I am not an Olympian. But you are. You see, we all are Olympians in some respect. I’m Khadevis Robinson, and I was a member of the 2004 and 2012 USA olympic Team. I was an 800 meter runner winning a few national championships, making some world championship teams and enjoyed 2 Olympic games. Yet, my Inner Olympian was always there. That Olympic spirit was just laying Dormant. Yours is also.

Do you want to feel better, look better and perform better? Me too. We all do. Yet, the fact is that we have to change something in order for this too happen. Many times we just want more energy. Yes, it would be great to have more time, but more energy would be awesome.

More energy would allow you to try more, do more, experience more and LIVE more. Thats the key, living more!!!!

We all want that. We all know the formula. In order to have more energy, we must eat better, get more sleep and exercise. Yet, with our busy life and schedule, it’s hard to eat better with so many unhealthy options. It’s hard to get more sleep with busy schedules and it’s hard to exercise when you have no energy. S0, we all need a little help here and there. We need a way to supplement what we are already doing. Question is, How do zI find a way to supplement what I am doing to get more energy?

MORE ENERGY is a Beautiful Thing:

So, I looked for ways to give myself more energy. I found that I could supplement my diet with meal replacements and Shakes. I could get more rest by taking a warm bath at night to calm myself, which helped me relax and fall asleep quicker. I was able to gain more energy by taking the best high quality supplements that was designed specifically for me.

In order for things to change in your life, you must change. Most of us are afraid of change. We are afraid to take risk. We are afraid to go after our goals. Yet, none of us are getting younger. So, if we are to live the life of our dreams, we must start now.

It has been said that exercise is the best antidepressant. Getting out and working out wakes up your body. Your body will thank you for it. Your mind will thank you for it. Oh yeah, your significant other will thank you for it. Heck, even your pet will thank you for it.

Would you like to finally accomplish your weight goals? Me too. We both have the same challenges. Getting started, sticking with it and using our resources to succeed. Whether that means joining a team. Joining a running club, weightlifting group or local gym, we all need to surround ourselves with like minded people. We also need to learn from and listen to people that knows how to help us reach out goals.

As we look in awe at this Olympic athletes and we remember our own Olympic Dreams and goals, what can we do to get back on track? What can you do to get back to WHAT you can be? Reach out for help. Remember, about 90% of success is following instructons. Most wont do that. So, will your journey start now? Mine will!
