  1. Reaching out to HR Professionals to practice Equip and Real:-

Assalam Alaikum every one,Amal academy give us a task to reach out atleast 3 HR manager for asking about the interview preparation etc.so my group decided to reach out different HR as soon as possible,we start texting,calling,email or used different sources.my group member abdullah,awais,asher did their best to find find HR for our task.

after all this efforts we got permission from two HR for discussion,

  1. Rupali Polyester Limited.
  2. National Bank of Pakistan.

we did telephonic interview because the one HR went to their plant so he was not in his office and 2nd one give us a time on Monday morning.i wana share my text with all of you.

so me and my group ask question via telephone.the question and answer is given below.

Q#1) What is the most important thing through which we can impress Interviewer?

Ans:- They gave the answer to us that it’s all about confidence level of interviewee how he describe his passion,skills to us.one most important thing is how he can justify with his resume.

Q#2)How you inquire if someone give you fake experience certificate?is it easy to track them?

Ans:- If a person give us a fake experience certificate and if we suspect then we ask question according to skills that is require according to that certificate,if he not justify it accordingly then we assure that this is a fake experience.

Q#3) is the Interviewer like hand shake with interviewee?

Ans:-He said that in multinational companies it is easily acceptable,but most interviewer don’t like this practice,because they have a scheduled to interview many candidate in one day.

Q# 4)How you understand that the person is real?

Ans:-He gave us answer that Interviewer has a plenty of experience so they can judge with different tactics especially the facial expression not match with words.

Q# 5)What kind of expectation HR has from interviewee?

Ans:-He gave us answer,candidate must be confidence enough to told us about his strength,weakness,interest,future goals etc in a specific ways and must share a short example about his skills & interest.

Q# 6)What is your reaction,if someone send you email again & again?

Ans:-He gave the answer to us that if a person send us email again & again though we not reply him but we note the person name & data.if he match with our requirement and whenever a vacancy free we give a chance to him first.

Q# 7) What is the impact of giving specific answer during interview?

ANS:-He said if a person give specific answer during his interview,we understand that his concept is clear about and he know how to manage the time.

Q#8) How you came to know that the person is passionate?

Ans:-He said that we check the passion through different ways for example when a person entered in a room and he know about our company,products,projects,so he gave us answer more confidently that others,so we understand that he is passionate to work with us.

Q#9)what do you say about the term equipment in interview?

Ans:-He gave the answer to us that it’s a new term for me regarding interview,but without complete equipment no one can achieve his destination.he said equipment not only to have motivation,determination,confidence but the most important thing is persistency.most people fail because they have all but not persistency.

at the end i want to say that it was a wonderful experience for me & for my group because we got a lot of points that is essential to impress interviewer.at the end i am thankful to Amal,our PM,PA for their valuable guidence for our bright future.this activity is no doubt a practical learning for us.
