Equal pay for women.

Already have it. Statistics show that directly out of high school or college, men and women are paid the same for any given job based on their educational background and experience. Pay differentials seen across industries are (statistically) entirely explained by different career choices made by men and women (women tend to be overrepresented by those choices in lower income professions like teaching, while men are overrepresented in higher income professions such as engineering.

Differentials do not imply discrimination.
