You raise many questions to which there are no real answers. I think you cast reasonable doubt on the story of Malala but I think you have missed the opportunity to carry out more research into the background of her father and the people that propelled her fame as a propaganda exercise against the Taliban. It’s no accident that the main criticism of Taliban apart from blowing up religious momuments was it’s treatment of girls and education. This was such a powerful way to combat their story and it seems that there are a set of mysterious co-incidents that you allude to. I think there is more work to be done to make the story stand-up!
