How did Na make me surprised?
My 26’s birthday went over with the happiness and the warm feeling. It’s so special because now I’m a father and this is the first time I have 2 birthday cakes. This is truly a big birthday party. I spent my 3 days off for my daughter, Nu Na.
In 3 days, I tried to teach her some simple things, like how to speak “Dad” in Vietnamese, how to clap,… I repeated those actions many times and hope that she can remember one of them. However in fact I can’t imagine that she can do them because now she is only about 6 months old. I read the book with title “Genius and the early education” of Mr. Kimura Kyuichi. I was convinced by his ideas. That why I tried to do those actions. I only want to help my daughter develop all her potential. I don’t think that she is a genius or anything else like this.
In yesterday early morning, when the sun was rising, she woke beside me, then wipe her eyes, she tried to do something, spoke out the sounds I couldn’t understand. Then she stopped for a while, and started speaking “Ba, ba,…” like the way that I taught her 2 days ago. I was so surprised at her. I tried to tell my wife how she did it. But my wife didn’t trust in me. How can a child 6 months old speak? That is an impossible thing. My wife thought so. And last night, after the dinner, we relaxed together. My daughter lied left to my wife when I was trying to fix my machine. Then she looked at me and spoke “Ba, ba, ba,…” many times. Like the way I taught her. At that moment, I and my wife absolutely believe that is true. My daughter can speak. She learned so fast… My wife tried to record that moment and sent to my mom. We are so happy and surprised at her, my daughter. And now, I have to plan how to teach my daughter more and more to help her reach at her best abilities.
P/s: If you know something about how to teach children, how to help them develop in the right way to get their best, please share them with me. I will also share more when I apply what I learned to teach my daughter successfully in my next stories. Thank you so much.
