Practicing happiness to boost your success:
1. Exercise
When i was very upset due to some reasons then i tried and start doing exercise, for over coming on my negative thinking and stress. This was the great practice, i think i did some jogging i went to bag-i-jinah and start jogging on the jogging track then i saw the beautiful natural sceneries, beautiful trees and flowers. Then i feel very relexed and get rid of stress. This was great practice.
Random act of kindness
This was the great exercise i did it two week before but that time i was not upset i was relaxed but after doing this act i feel more relaxed. In this act i bought some food and gave it to a hungry old man who asked me for some food. In this act i feel very relaxed then any other act.
