Black Tea: Black tea is known for its antiviral and antibacterial properties. It contains many vitamins which is required for maintain good health, including carotene, precursor of vitamin A, vitamin B1 and pancreatic acid, vitamin C and vitamin B6. Black Tea is known to eliminate fatigue, to stimulate mental alertness and to increase the level of energy. It has been proven that black tea reduces stress and act as a nerve sedative, often giving relief from headaches.

Green Tea: Green tea is thought to promote metabolism — it contains powerful antioxidants called catechin polyphenols which are found to stimulate your metabolism and in turn helps in losing weight. A powerful anti-oxidant, catechin is said to keep cells from aging and help in preventing high blood pressure and diabetes. The polyphenols present in the tea stimulate the central nervous system and converts the fats into energy. If you are taking green tea during exercise or while you are taking rest, it will help you in achieving your weight loss goals. Containing five times as much Vitamin C as a lemon, green tea is said to boost the blood vessels and circulatory system and stave off germs. With its special properties for keeping people healthy, it has become a dependable, therapeutic part of life.

Oolong Tea: Oolong or semi–green teas result when the oxidation process is stopped just as the leaves start to turn brown, in the spectrum between green teas and black teas. Oolong tea contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids and beneficial tea polyphenol antioxidants: catechins, thearubigin and theaflavin. It is highly effective in improving symptoms that are associated with weak kidney and spleen energy. Combination of caffeine and polyphenol found in oolong tea can help in burning calories and fat every day. This can eventually help to speed up weight loss.

Rooibos or Bush Tea: Rooibos tea is also known as red tea or red bush tea. It is 100% natural and caffeine-free herb. It contains essential minerals such as iron, zinc, calcium, potassium, and fluoride, as well as Vitamin C and alpha–hydroxy acid. Its mineral content helps maintain healthy skin, teeth and bones as well as assisting in metabolic processes. There are also 37 natural antioxidants in Rooibos, which are thought to help in the prevention of cancer. It also helps in increasing the absorption of iron.

Chamomile Tea: Chamomile is a flowering plant in the daisy family. This tea is 100% naturally caffeine-free, and traditionally used to aid sleep and helps with relaxation. Chamomile tea has a sedating effect, as a result of which it has been used over thousands of years as a natural sleep remedy. The anti-inflammatory properties of chamomile tea can help treat menstrual cramps by easing up muscle spasms and contractions.
