EAT THAT FROG WITH A POMODORO
What does it mean? It is a method that is used to overcome procrastination by using the Pomodoro technique. The pomodoro technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. this technique is all about timer to break down the work into intervals, almost 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

Last day I examined this technique personally. I decided to do my project work by following the Pomodoro technique. I divided my project work into six equal parts then set the Pomodoro timer on 25 minutes. I started my work and I must work continuously until rings. But after 15 minutes I distracted due my friend interruption but at once I started to focus on my task immediately. After the first ring I stopped working and take rest for 5 minutes and then again set alarm on 25 minutes and started working again. In this way, I completed my task in only 3 hours including rest time.

I learned a lesson from this experiment that if we break down the big task into small parts and take a rest after a 25 minutes interval then we work efficiently instead of without break long lasting working. We control our thinking only for a short duration and our need rest for proper functioning. I feels good by doing this. This technique is helpful and in future I will follow this technique for my incoming tasks.
