Prioritizing and Organizing My Task Work
Prioritizing means to list your tasks according to their relative importance. It helps us in our planning strategies. It allows us to spend more time on the right things. It is the best key skill that we need to use of own efforts and of our team. There are 6 main steps that help us in prioritizing our tasks:
1. Make a list of your tasks
2. Identify urgent vs importance
3. Assess value
4. Order tasks by their estimated efforts
5. Be flexible and adaptable
6. Know when to cut

My name is Waqar Ahmad and I am about to graduate. I am very busy all day doing my tasks, assignments and projects. As well as I am working as a teacher in the academy. If I talk about my previous week, I was confused due to my projects and assignment work, I did not know how to manage my time and what should I do first to solve the problems. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete my assigned work at times.

This week Amal academy gives us a project under the title of ‘Prioritizing and Organizing Tasks Works’. I lessened the online lecture about prioritizing and time management and learned a lot of things about my tasks. Then I decided why not I should follow these rules in my daily life. I made a list of my weekly tasks and gave number according to their worth and then I got a table that give me answers about my problems that is how, when, where and at what time I should work in this week.
