Ryan — great piece, thanks for sharing. I’m excited to see how this evolves. I took a stab at this 3 years ago and shifted the ratio of males in my network from 81% to 57%. But like many of the comments, diversity exists on so many levels, so hopefully it’s the first of many steps.
