Getting Things Done

Eat that frog with Pomodoro
I decided to complete my PW7 using the pomodoro technique.I just set a alarm of 25 minutes and start working on it at 10AM.There were a lot of distractions over there calls, texts, door bell, and also parents ask to took something from market, but I tried to postpone or minimize all that distractions to stay concentrated for at least 25 minutes after working on for 25 minutes I took a break of 5 to 10 minutes to address the recent distractions and try to minimize them and starting the work again. This experience was quite difficult for me because every one has a different personality and temperament towards his work.I mostly try to have a look on PW on Monday to estimate that how much time it will take and after that I just start it on Wednesday night or Thursday morning and try to complete it as much as possible in one sitting without taking a break because once i take a break its hard for me to sit back for it due to a lot of priorities I am occupied with.
Finally I think it is good techniques for procrastinators.Although we all are procrastinators to some extent but I think when we will take a break of 5 min after every 25 min the habit of procrastination will spark in that break to leave it for another time.I would like to suggest for highly procrastinator that by exceeding the time from 25min to 50min for they can stay connected and concentrated more effectively to enhance their productivity.
