I love how your ultimate value here is delivering kindness and value to people. Having recently been shopping among vendors with similar products, I ultimately picked the one that had these same values — kindness and providing value to me, and not the vendors who’s main focus was simply the transaction of getting my business. I would love to see more organizations with the same focus and mission — empathetically delivering value propositions to its prospects and customers. A prime example of this — I was in the Apple Store the other day, and after my service I thought to myself, “I can see why their stock is doing so well.” I was treated very well, provided a solution, and felt the Apple employee was empathetic and focused on servicing me rather than rushing me and getting to the next person.
