The sound at 1:43 is particularly “realistic” in such a way that feels like how I feel when I am trying not to fall asleep in class. The background music synchronizes with the snoring of the main character’s classmate, which really emulates the rhythmic lull of breathing while trying not to fall asleep.

This animation is also intriguing because it uses upbeat music even though the characters are all very sleepy. I think this helps to contribute to the overall sense that the main character is fighting to stay awake rather than just sleeping, and that he is putting all of his remaining energy into this effort.
