Eastern Arizona Women’s Basketball Continues Win Streak

The Eastern Arizona Women’s Basketball team has been electric this season. EAC WBB have a stellar record of 25–3 overall and 18–3 in conference play.

Eastern Arizona was able to win both games by at least 10 this last weekend against Arizona Western College.

Vitoria Santana, Sophomore from Brazil, was spectacular putting up 31 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists. Santana was named Arizona Community College Athletic Conference player of the week.

The Gila Monsters are currently polling at #15 in the NJCAA polls. They have been elite this season with their only losses being to Cochise College.

They still have two more games including a home game against Pima Community College, who have a record of 22–6 overall and 17–4 in ACCAC. PCC and EAC have not played eachother yet, the competition will be high.
