The effects of Corona Virus have undoubtedly touched each and every one of us — some more gravely than others. Beyond the spread of the disease, there are far reaching socio-economic consequences, mental health concerns, supply chain disruptions, and nations shutting their borders, amongst other factors (including unceasing Zoom calls).
In the face of adversity, we have seen several players across industries support society at large. Medicus.AI is an AI-based platform that explains and interprets blood tests and medical reports to provide personalized health tips, just launched a new app called Covive.
Covive guides its users in evaluating their probability of having contracted COVID-19, and helps users monitor their symptoms and vitals whether they have tested positive for the virus or not. Covive informs users of up-to-date measures to protect oneself as well as the community. Covive is free of charge and available for download on the Apple App Store.
Selfapy offers a cost-effective, guided, anonymous and flexible online course to support users in psychological stressful situations along with a personal psychologist to accompany users.
To tackle increased feelings of insecurity, loneliness and stress, Selfapy has developed a Corona program alongside psychologists to provide at home, flexible support free of charge.
OneDoc offers an efficient platform for health professionals in Switzerland to seamlessly manage their patients and appointments and in turn help patients find medical professionals and book appointments online.
Faced with the COVID-19 crisis, OneDoc swiftly developed a video consultation module, initially planned for Summer 2020, and has rolled it out in collaboration with general practitioners, specialists and medical groups such as Magellan and Arsanté.
