Chris I’m interested in your thoughts on bots within a brand. You see some companies giving bots a name within the brand (Facebook M) and other companies just calling the bot by the company name like Fandango. What do you think better serves conversational commerce? Are bots like mascots (Tony the tiger!) since they can serve as an emotional connection to the brand (Frosted Flakes). Also now I’m going to have some cereal.
