Not only do they fail to understand sentences, when they do it’s in a single language (typically English).
A smart digital system would understand sentences without the fluff introduced by logic notations such as English and other so-called natural languages.
We should be able to use digital sentences to instruct Agents to perform Actions.
RDF is an abstract Language (not Data Format) for constructing digital sentences in line with what I described above, and its impact in this area is inevitable :)
