And no matter how long n' hard
You try to withhold
Or bury them
They always, find a crack...

Emotions pretend you can lead them
But no matter how deep & hard
You try to hide
Or guide them
They always, escape the dark...

Intentions let us feel like we own them
But they are much harder to tame
No wonder it's easier to blame
Than owning up
It's a shame...
