Our current network of Dough voucher exchanges.

Today we met with one of our vendors, Josephine Oloo of JYA African Designs, who accepted 6 DOUGH vouchers from us that she will redeem for donuts on the 6th. This amount will allow her to get 5 donuts worth 10 Kenya shillings each.

Our exchange involved conversations about the market gathering, current ongoing demonstrations to reject the #financebill2024 by the Gen Zs, her choice to be an activist, which for us has been captured online through Sarafu Network. As we continue to make shit up, may we build a community of individuals willing to accept our alternative means of exchange.

As additional compensation for taking the time to meet-up, we’re offering an additional 5 DOUGH vouchers to afford those who accept a cup of tea/coffee. The more we engage, the more the opportunities for this type of valued exchanges that will result in more businesses interacting with and understanding the concept of community inclusion currencies.

Calling on all pro-active regeneratives from our local and global communities. For more information send ‘DOUGHNATION’ to kilifikulture@gmail.com.
