In in the Chipotle video’s animation is used to telling the story and I think it does a great job of using the medium of a video to tell the story of the characters. The 911 call is another great example because the friendly phone call relates to the viewer and adds humor to it, the lack of video doesn’t take away anything from this video and makes you focus on the voices.
