Honestly I think they are rising to the occasion, as I am now surrounded by a very high caliber of people (I like to think!), it’s just my experiences have an impact on my expectations. I think it’s more…hmmm…I don’t expect the men I know to act that way, but if they did, I would not be too surprised.

I hope the men I know continue to rise to my expectations, though.
